What Pathara does

Pathara runs an automated job search for you. You provide a resume and answer a questionnaire; we return ranked job matches with a tailored resume, cover letter, and interview prep document for each, plus a tracker for your applications.

Your account

You sign in with an email magic link. Keep your email address current; it is how we reach you and how you reach your results.

Every account gets one free search to start, no card required. After that, searches and on-demand document generation use credits, which you buy in packs.

Credits and purchases

Credits do not expire. Pack prices may change over time, but the credit ratios between actions (searches, extra categories, document generation) are fixed and will not change.

Purchases are non-refundable, with one exception: if a search or document generation run fails on our side, the credits charged are refunded to your balance automatically.

If you delete your account, any remaining credit balance is forfeited. We are not able to refund credits after account deletion.

Your content

Your resume, your answers, and the documents we write for you are yours. You give us permission to process them only as far as is needed to deliver your results.

The documents are drafts

Everything we write is a strong starting point built from the live job description, but you are the author of record. Review every document before you send it. Nothing is ever submitted to an employer on your behalf.

No promises about outcomes

We find real openings and prepare you well, but we cannot guarantee interviews or offers, and we are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers.

The service can change

Pathara is in early access. Features and limits may change as it matures. If a change affects your account or the data we hold about you, we will say so plainly before it happens.
