Pathara exists to run your job search, not to collect data about you. This page says what we hold, why, and how to make us delete it. It is written to be read.

What we collect

Your email address, used to sign you in.

Your resume and your answers to the intake questionnaire: target roles, location, salary floor, and what matters to you.

The results we produce for you: ranked job matches, tailored documents, and your application tracker entries.

How we use it

Only to run your search. Your resume and answers are sent to our processing pipeline, which finds open roles, ranks them against your goals, and writes your documents. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your information, share it with employers or recruiters, or use it to train AI models.

Processing and deletion

Searches run on third-party AI infrastructure. The working session and any files uploaded to it are deleted from that infrastructure once your results are saved to your account.

Your results stay in your account so you can come back to them. They are yours.

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. Your profile, resume, results, application data, and credit usage history are deleted. Purchase and transaction records are retained by Stripe as required for financial record-keeping; we cannot instruct them to delete those.

Payments

If you buy credits, payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

We keep a record of your purchases and credit usage (what you bought, when, and what each credit was spent on). This is used to maintain your balance and show you your purchase history.

After you delete your account, Stripe retains transaction records on their side as required for financial record-keeping. We do not have the ability to delete those records.

Email

We email you a link to sign in. No marketing lists, no newsletters you did not ask for.
